Nordmann Fir
Nordmann Fir have symmetrically arranged strong branches are perfect for holding large or heavy ornaments. The short, dark green needles are soft and flattened on the twig, with a waxy cuticle that gives the tree its shiny appearance and helps prevent drying. With very little fragrance, Nordmann Fir are the best Christmas tree for anyone with allergies, and with superb needle retention Nordmann Fir have the distinctive quality of shedding the fewest, if any, needles.

Fire retardant is required for commercial, business, and institutional customers. Each fire-retarded tree comes with a tag certifying to fire inspectors that the tree has been fire retarded in accordance with state law. 

Flocking is a white coating that gives the tree a beautiful, snow-kissed appearance.

The Nordmann Fir is our most popular tree.


Trees are available with four treatment options:

  • Natural: A natural tree is untreated. It’s a classic, fresh green tree. This is by far the most popular option.
  • Flocking: Flocking is a white coating that gives the tree a beautiful, snow-kissed appearance.
  • Fire Retardant: This treatment is required in some jurisdictions if the tree is to be placed inside a commercial building.
  • Fire Retardant and Flocking: We can flock a tree to make it beautiful, then fire retard it to meet legal requirements.


  • Please allow 48 to 72 hours between ordering and delivery for all flocked or fire-retarded trees.
